Where are you based and do you travel?

We are currently based in Napa and can easily accommodate most Northern California bookings without additional travel expenses. We are happy to take ALTA on the road, both nationally and internationally, bringing our California approach with us anywhere.

do you always cook with fire?

We are quite aware of our delicate landscapes and ecosystems, and for that reason there are times we operate without the use of open fire. Fire safety is of high importance for us and there are ways to customize events to fit any needs or restrictions, while sticking to our standards and ethos.

what type of INFRASTRUCTURE do you need?

With proper planning, anything is possible. We’re enthused to set up in remote locations; beaches, mountain tops, or in a sea of olive trees. Having access to a kitchen never hurts.

What size are your events?

We’re grateful for our flexibility that allows us to accommodate the most intimate groups, as well as large groups. We like to say our range is 2 to 200.

do you ever host public events?

We can’t wait to finalize a few locations for Spring and Summer (2025) public dinners. Keep in touch for when those dinners launch. We also promote collaborations with other organizations and venues through our mailing list and social media.
